Collaborative leadership for sustainable transformation session 1

The primary goal of HPN is to bring operational, digital and clinical leaders from across the NHS ecosystem together to share experiences and foster collaboration. To successfully achieve this, we need each profession to “walk in each other’s shoes” and further understand and learn on how we can better lead collaboratively.

The first of two immersive sessions will split the audience out into four groups focusing on the same scenario. The design of the sessions will provide practical systems thinking and collaboration in the quest for greater collaboration and introduction of innovation for sustainable transformation.

The sessions will address high level challenges around recovery, workforce, integration, innovation, culture and leadership through the lens of digital innovation, helping attendees to better understand the challenges of their counterparts, and engendering shared responsibility.
