Pharmacosmos works in partnership with the NHS to strengthen pathways for people living with iron deficiency, supporting systems facing rising demand, growing patient populations and constrained resources. We combine clinical expertise with real-world evidence to help Trusts and ICSs design pathways that are efficient, equitable and future-ready. Our work focuses on enabling earlier intervention, reducing unwarranted variation and supporting care closer to home, delivering measurable clinical benefit while reducing avoidable healthcare utilisation. Through data-driven insight, pathway redesign and practical tools, we help services improve patient flow, release workforce capacity and unlock sustainable productivity gains. Our priority is to understand local pressures and co-create solutions together.
