Joe Rouse is a Registered Children’s Nurse who is the Clinical Applications Specialist for South Central Ambulance Service.
Previous to working at SCAS, he worked as a Digital Nurse Specialist in an Acute Secondary Care NHS Trust.
His role within SCAS is to work across the digital, operational and clinical directorates, supporting the assessment, development, change process and assurance of any digital clinical applications.
He is a 2024 Florence Nightingale Foundation Digital Scholar, chair of the Pre-Hospital Digital Clinical network and co-chair of the Digital Discussion network, both which are for NHS clinicians working in digital clinical roles.
