We use a rigorous three-step process.

1. First, delegates complete detailed profiles at registration covering their budget responsibility, immediate requirements, and key priorities over the next 12-18 months.

2. Second, we only select senior leaders with genuine purchasing authority and active investment plans.

3. Third, we match you with delegates who will benefit most from your solution – ensuring every pre-booked meeting has real potential, not just random connections.

It varies by package. Gold sponsors deliver a 20-minute breakout presentation, while Premium Gold sponsors present in the main room. Platinum and Headline sponsors get prime main room presentation slots to the full audience. Premium Silver and above participate in our Dragons' Den speed pitch sessions (60 seconds to the entire audience), with Headline sponsors choosing their position. You'll also receive contact details of everyone who attends your presentations.
