Frequently Asked Questions

We're looking for senior leaders from NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems, and national and regional bodies who are driving real change across health and care. This includes Chief Executives, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Information Officers, Chief Clinical Information Officers, Chief Nurses, Chief Medical Officers, and Directors of Digital, Innovation, and Transformation – anyone with genuine frontline experience tackling the challenges facing the NHS today.

Share what's actually working in your organisation. We want honest case studies, practical lessons learned, and real strategies you've implemented – not theory. Topics include digital transformation and AI adoption, the 10-Year Plan in practice, data strategy and governance, financial sustainability, workforce development, clinical safety, left shift to community and neighbourhood care, mental health integration, and collaboration across primary, secondary, and community services. If you've navigated a challenge other NHS leaders are facing, we want to hear about it.

Sessions include main room presentations, panel discussions, and breakout sessions. You might deliver a solo 20-minute presentation, join a panel with fellow NHS leaders, or take part in a focused roundtable discussion. We'll work with you to find the format that best fits your experience and the topic you're presenting.

No. Speaking at HPN is complimentary. We cover your attendance for both days, including all sessions, networking opportunities, meals, and accommodation. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with peers and solution providers navigating the same pressures across the NHS.

Beyond your presentation or panel session (typically 20–45 minutes), you're encouraged to stay for the full two-day event. This gives you the chance to learn from other speakers, network with fellow NHS leaders, explore innovative solutions from our sponsors, and contribute to the wider conversation about the future of healthcare in the UK. Many speakers find the peer connections and open discussion just as valuable as presenting.
