HPN is designed for senior leaders across NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems, and national and regional bodies, including Chief Executives, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Information Officers, Chief Clinical Information Officers, Chief Nurses, Chief Medical Officers, and Directors of Digital, Innovation, and Transformation. If you're driving strategic change across your organisation, this event is for you.

No. Senior NHS and ICS leaders can apply for a complimentary delegate pass, which includes an overnight stay at the venue as well as all meals and refreshments – you will never be asked to pay. Simply complete our registration form and we'll review your application.

You'll connect with peers navigating the same system-wide pressures, hear from NHS leaders sharing real-world case studies, and engage with solution providers offering tools relevant to your current priorities – all in a focused, closed environment designed for honest conversation and practical takeaways you can act on immediately.

One-to-one meetings are pre-scheduled by our sponsors ahead of the event, who select the delegates most relevant to their solutions. When you arrive and check in, you'll receive your personalised meeting slip outlining who you're scheduled to meet and when. Beyond your scheduled meetings, you're free to approach and speak with any of the other sponsors throughout the event. To prepare in advance, full company profiles for all attending sponsors are available on the website – or you can browse them in the conference guide on the day.

HPN is not a trade show or a lecture series. It's a closed, invitation-only forum where NHS leaders set the agenda. Sessions are shaped by delegate priorities, discussions are peer-led, and every element is designed to produce practical, actionable outcomes – not just conversation.

When you register, you'll be asked about your organisation's current priorities and challenges. Your responses directly inform the agenda, session topics, and the solution providers invited to attend – ensuring the event reflects what matters most to you and your peers.
