No. Senior NHS and ICS leaders can apply for a complimentary delegate pass, which includes an overnight stay at the venue as well as all meals and refreshments – you will never be asked to pay. Simply complete our registration form and we'll review your application.

One-to-one meetings are pre-scheduled by our sponsors ahead of the event, who select the delegates most relevant to their solutions. When you arrive and check in, you'll receive your personalised meeting slip outlining who you're scheduled to meet and when. Beyond your scheduled meetings, you're free to approach and speak with any of the other sponsors throughout the event.
