Delegates
HPN sponsors are solution providers who work specifically with NHS and healthcare organisations. They've been vetted and selected because their products and services are relevant to the challenges you're facing — across digital transformation, AI, data, cyber security, workforce, and more. You can browse their company profiles on the website before the event or in your delegate guide on the day.
Attending your pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings is the one thing we ask of all delegates. These meetings are arranged in advance based on relevance to your organisation's priorities, and sponsors are selected because their solutions are genuinely applicable to the challenges you're facing. Beyond your scheduled meetings, you're free to speak with any other sponsors throughout the event at your own convenience – but we do ask that you honour your committed meeting slots.
Sponsors select the delegates they'd most like to meet ahead of the event. When you check in, you'll receive a personalised meeting slip outlining your scheduled meetings for the day. These are built into the agenda so they don't clash with the sessions you're there to attend. You're also free to speak with any other sponsors throughout the event at your own convenience.
That's absolutely fine. If you feel a scheduled meeting isn't the right fit once you're there, just let the events team know. We'd always rather you get the most out of the day – and there are plenty of other conversations to be had with peers, speakers, and sponsors who are a better match for your current priorities.
